- keeping a balance between feelings and fact based decision making
- being innovative and welcoming new ideas
- collecting people to work around a new idea or a joint target
- having it relatively easy to adapt to new roles in a team; my preferred role being the one that keeps the team together
- having it easy to inspire other persons with emotionally loaded messages
- being relatively systematic and logical in my thinking
